Steve provided very professional advice up front, discussed all options with us, listened patiently to our questions (more than once), and kept us fairly calm during the whole process. His information was reliable, and he pursued an aggressive market pricing - successfully. He stayed in close contact the whole time. Although difficult (our firsts move in 35 years), we are now off to the next leg of our journey - finding a new home in another City a few hours away.

My husband and I have known Steve for several years. While we live out of State, North Carolina, we traveled to Palos Verdes twice a year for over 20 plus years. My husband, John would always take the time to check in with Steve and see how the Palos Verdes market was doing. They became good friends. When it came time to sell my Dad's house after he passed away last November, there was only one person we wanted to represent us. Even though weexperienced some hills and valleys in the selling experience, this is to be expected. Steve has always been very professional, open to our thoughts and comfortable giving his thoughts regarding where the market was. Yes, the house sold and closed this past Friday!!
