He actually found the place we bought before it went on the market which allowed us to jump in with an early offer. His insightful advice regarding the offer was key to our getting our home in what is such a competitive market. In addition, Andy’s knowledge of finance, mortgages and interest rates was invaluable. He guided us through what we heard could be a very stressful experience. He was always available and continued to help us after we closed on our new home. I cannot say enough good things about Andy.
