Over the years we have bought and sold 30 homes with many agents. Without doubt Frank is the best we have ever worked with. He was accessible when we needed to talk and always responded very quickly. His market knowledge was a valuable resource in pricing and negotiating the offers we received. The flyers were very high quality. Several prospects and neighbors commented on how beautiful the pictures of our home looked. To top it off Frank's demeanor and personality make it easy to work with him. I can't imagine anyone not liking him. He has a can do attitude but is also willing to offer sound advice and suggestions in a non-offensive manner. He has excellent negotiation skills. His ability to work with the sellers agent produced a win-win for both us and the buyer. Overall, The best experience we've had with an agent, who I now consider a friend, ever. I would definitely recommend Frank to family and friends if they are selling or buying a home.

As a first time home-buyer, I was really overwhelmed by the amount of work and research I needed to do, particularly around the mortgage application process. Kelly was extremely helpful and assisted me with every step. Her deep knowledge and experience with the real estate market was crucial for finding and securing my dream home. I would not hesitate to work with Kelly again!
