I had a wonderful experience working with Michele & Julio. My mother was very sick and they accommodated me in every way possible. I had to move my mother to Las Vegas, which I had to rely on them to make very valuable decisions. I had to have my condo painted and some repairs. They took care of everything for me. Once my condo went on the market, I had several prospects and offers. What I love most about them is their patience, reliability and kindness.

Steve has helped us buy and sell properties for over 30 years. Honest, reliable, takes care of things that aren’t his “job,” i.e. painters, handyman stuff, etc. The last transaction was the sale of our burned lot in the Palisades, the same lot he helped us buy to build our wonderful hoe. He knows how and when to negotiate, when to back off a little, when to play hard. He just get s a read of a buyer or seller and helps us decide what to do. Would give him 10 stars if that was an option. Very very fortunate to have known Steve all these years. He has also become a friend who is still looking out for our best interests.
