Steve has helped us buy and sell properties for over 30 years. Honest, reliable, takes care of things that aren’t his “job,” i.e. painters, handyman stuff, etc. The last transaction was the sale of our burned lot in the Palisades, the same lot he helped us buy to build our wonderful hoe. He knows how and when to negotiate, when to back off a little, when to play hard. He just get s a read of a buyer or seller and helps us decide what to do.
