The subject property had been in the same family for nearly sixty years and due to the health of the surviving member suffered from neglect and deferred maintenance. It provided great peace of mind to have met and worked with Lori and Patricia during this process. They were professional and responsive without being overbearing or ‘pushy’. Communication was clear on the steps needed for cleaning and rehabilitating the property for sale. We worked well together in coordinating and choosing contractors during the necessary steps for clean up and basic repairs. They had contacts available and at the same time welcomed my suggestions for alternative contractors for specific tasks. We worked well together and they functioned as my ‘on the ground’ managers. Their demeanor during the listing, showing, and escrow phases, brought us into contact with quality buyers, agents, and escrow officers. The requirements of the probate process were understood throughout. I recommend without reservation.
