Review of Aronsohn and So Realty As an out of area administrator, I am grateful for having met and worked with Lori and Patricia. The subject property had been in the same family for nearly sixty years and due to the health of the surviving member suffered from neglect and deferred maintenance. It provided great peace of mind to have met and worked with Lori and Patricia during this process. They were professional and responsive without being overbearing or ‘pushy’. Communication was clear on the steps needed for cleaning and rehabilitating the property for sale. We worked well together in coordinating and choosing contractors during the necessary steps for clean up and basic repairs. They had contacts available and at the same time welcomed my suggestions for alternative contractors for specific tasks. We worked well together and they functioned as my ‘on the ground’ managers. Their demeanor during the listing, showing, and escrow phases, brought us into contact with quality buyers, agents, and escrow officers. The requirements of the probate process were understood throughout. I recommend without reservation.

While my parent’s condo was going through the seemingly endless probate process, I received an introductory letter from the real estate team of Patricia So and Lori Aronsohn. I’d received and discarded not a few other letters from realtors, but this one was a definite keeper. When my husband and I were next in LA (we live on the East Coast), we arranged to meet Patricia and Lori. We were impressed from the start by their warmth, honesty, patience, and understanding of the local real estate market. We knew they were the rights ones to handle the ‘as is’ sale of the condo. Our texts and email and calls to them over the following months were always answered promptly. Integrity and trust are hallmarks of Patricia and Lori’s business dealings. Patricia was so amazing through our entire home buying process. She really took the time to get to know us and our needs/wants for a house, and she was there for us every step of the way - answering the many, MANY questions we had as first time home buyers. She explained everything to us in plain English, and kept us informed through texts, emails, and phone calls during the whole process. Buying a home was super stressful, but working with Patricia felt like working with our very good friend who happened to know everything about real estate, and was always looking out for our best interests.
