Erica displayed extreme professionalism through out the very odd and complex transaction of selling my home. The circumstances were wild, but she held it all together. In the midst of a global pandemic, everything was new and hard to swim against the current. My wife and I were just in the beginning of a divorce and were probably not the easiest to deal with. I owed back taxes to the Federal Government and the Title company could not get anything done because the Govt had shut down.
