Ginny was wonderful to work with. I was selling the house that my parents both lived in at separate times, and both passed recently. I really just wanted to get rid of the house as there was a lot of heartbreak associated. She handled just about everything so I didn't have to. She's a straight shooter and will tell you anything you need to know. She'll take the time to explain things as well if you aren't sure. Highly recommend working with her - you'll be thankful you did.
