He lives and practices a code of a honest code of ethics that has brought my wife and I back to him for over 12 years. We have bought and sold four houses with Dan and would not go to anyone else.

Tim went above and beyond every step of the way. He was always available for any questions we had and responded quickly, he showed us every house we wanted to see (even if that meant seeing 8 in one day!), and pointed out details we overlooked. We were anxious to get a house ASAP so we were almost willing to accept anything that seemed big enough, Tim brought us back to reality & pointed out things like busy roads might not be a good idea with our kids etc. This was our first home purchase and Tim made it an incredible experience.
