Seller of 4313 Hillcrest Drive, Hobart

Good, but could’ve been better

The quality of the photos is bad. They need to hire a professional photographer. Take shots with a drone to give the buyers a perspective of what the property is. Instead they used their iPhone and took pictures that we didn’t even know what they were of. The order of the photos didn’t give buyers an idea of the layout. When things changed during the selling process, Mark needs to sit down with the client to make sure they are aware and acknowledge what is going on. Felt like too many times he had a phone conversation with the seller and they misunderstood or misheard what they were being told. Property wasn’t properly priced so it took much longer to sell and to find someone to buy it as the market was changing at that time. Felt like things could’ve been done better to help the family out. It seemed like the family was asked to do the job he was hired for. He ended up passing off the listing to another realtor. He oversaw the listing, but didn’t do anything with the showings or the open houses. He asked if we could take the paperwork out to the seller for them to sign and bring back to him. That isn’t our job. That’s part of his job and why he gets paid his commission.
