I had known Mark for many years, as he sold our previous home, an empty lot, and his daughter sold our cottage up north. Mark is very personable and easy to talk with. He kept me updated on the showings and buyers' thoughts. I know Mark spent many hours with the updates we were making on the property. Under his advice, I went for it and have never been sorry. Mark was always very patient with me, even though I had spent a year going through all our "stuff." My husband entered a nursing home in the previous March. So I had to do it all myself. Mark was right there advising me and keeping my spirits up.
