Theresa was a great help in guiding me through the process of selling the property. From what should be done to help it sell to the resource in need to make it happen. There were a number of things with potential buyers that frustrated us both, but Theresa was patient and resourceful in finding a path forward. Mara listened to all of our wants and needs and found us the perfect house. We were picky about having a backyard with privacy, which can be difficult to find.
