My husband and I went on a bike ride in our dream neighborhood and found a house on sale that we adored. She showed up to view the house with us when we noticed there was some water damage in the basement. The owners weren't being up front with us and were asking far too much. We were so disappointed, but she told us about another home in the neighborhood that was going up for sale. Using her connections, she got us a pre-sale tour. Because she is so well connected in our area, she knew the owners, shmoozed the real estate agent & by that evening had the contract ready to go. Within 24 hours, she gave us the good news; the owners accepted our offer. A few weeks later, we were in the house of our dreams. And her husband made us a gourmet dinner; he delivered it to our front door on our move-in day! They gifted us the cookware. Talk about a house-warming present! When it came to selling our existing property, Sherry coached us through the process, even giving her portion of the sale to the buyers to ensure the sale. She is committed to her clients; she is efficient, professional, highly knowledgeable, and surrounds herself with other top-notch professionals you can rely on.
