I chose to work with Jason because he had sold many homes in the Spruce Meadows neighborhood and I felt he was very in touch with the market. He was detail oriented in every aspect of the sale: marketing, pricing, showings, contract negotiations, inspection and closing. Bottom line, I felt like I was in good hands at all times.
