I was very impressed with how detail-oriented she was (which was one of the primary reasons we hired her). She did a market analysis and gave us an in-depth review of what she thought would be the best price for the home. And when it came time for offers on the house, she was right on target. So, not only did her detailed analysis and research come shining through but it was also very accurate and got us a higher price than I thought we would have been able to get. When buying and selling a house, there can be a number of hiccups and obstacles. Jodi was able to help not only us as the sellers, but also help the buyers and the buyer's agent throughout each of these hurdles. She was always professional and helped us overcome these hurdles in a manner that was fair and equitable.
