As first time home buyers who felt a little overwhelmed, Geneva Riggs was the perfect match for us. She was easy going, respectful, flexible, and not too aggressive like other realtors. She was able to answer all of our questions and concerns to the best of her ability about the whole process. She was even able to get roof repairs taken care of by the seller. We recommend her to anybody we know who might be looking for a house and if she's still practicing when we decide to upgrade in the future, we will be more than happy to work with her again.

Uri Lapcevic was my real estate agent and I was very glad I chose him to work with. I was a first time home buyer and Uri walked me through every step of the process. The house I ended up falling in love with and putting an offer on was one I had overlooked from the list pictures but Uri recommended we check out since it checked a lot of the boxes I was looking for. Uri helped me put together a competitive offer as the house received multiple offers its first weekend on the market. This is a difficult market for both Buyers and Sellers and I am very glad that I had Uri on my side throughout the process.

Steve and his team delivered top-notch service. They were knowledgeable, dependable, and stayed in communication with us every step of the way. I've used another real estate agent in the past multiple times but have now found my new agent. Thank you Steve and your team for being awesome!!! WE LOVE OUR NEW HOME!
