She was meticulous and concise in the wording of documents, and demonstrated great patience when obstacles presented themselves. She was very resourceful in finding solutions to any problems that arose. Peggy went above and beyond to make sure our vacated home was lightly staged and looked lovely for showings.

When I found my dream home, Peggy ensured that I had checklists, helped me through the overwhelming process, and was always available to bounce ideas around regarding inspections, objections, and reviewing any and all documents that passed through. I appreciated that she was willing to put in the time and effort to achieve a fair price rather than simply trying to move the property quickly. It was an emotional and sometimes complicated sale, but Melissa was patient and flexible throughout the process. She helped us find trustworthy tradespeople to get the house ready, and was very responsive as things unfolded. I’m grateful for her efforts and the understanding she showed during a difficult time.
