He never once pressured us to buy a house we weren't 100% sure we loved and kept us informed on things to keep our eye out for when looking for potential issues with a home. He made sure we knew exactly what was going on at all times, and I felt comfortable asking him for help and confident that he would have an answer. When we put an offer on a home and the inspection didn't go as planned, he encouraged us not to lose hope and promised we would find something better. The market is extremely competitive and Gary made sure that we were always in first place compared to the competition. He was incredibly patient with us through the whole process and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
