Gary Pace did a great job providing a stress-free experience selling our house in Lower Pottsgrove. He took great photos and provided a virtual tour video to show it at its best. As soon as the house was ready, he put the listing up (Saturday afternoon), and by Tuesday night we had 15 offers. For each offer, he emailed a Seller’s Estimated Net Sheet, Standard Agreement for the Sale of Real Estate, and other supporting documentation. For easy comparison, he provided a summary email that showed the purchase price, contingencies, settlement dates, seller net $, and notes for each offer. We were able to use Zoom to meet to discuss the offers, and Docusign to accept the offer for well over our asking price. He made sure we knew exactly what was going on at all times, and I felt comfortable asking him for help and confident that he would have an answer. When we put an offer on a home and the inspection didn't go as planned, he encouraged us not to lose hope and promised we would find something better. The market is extremely competitive and Gary made sure that we were always in first place compared to the competition.
