We have worked with many different realtors during our married life with our various moves. Tammy Moody is the best of all. We have bought a villa and a home with Tammy. Plus we sold the villa with Tammy. We both feel her advice has been very helpful to us in all three transactions. Some adjectives I believe describe Tammy are: trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable, frank, and a problem solver.

Jeff sold our condo quickly. We were thrilled with everything. I highly recommend Jeff if you are buying or selling in Hilton Head. Hilton Head is his home and he knows the entire island really well.

Julie watches the market by the hour. She let me know within hours when a condo went on the market in the building I wanted. I was the first to make an offer. She is very responsive and efficient and gives really good customer service. I would recomend Julie for anyone buting a second home, first time home buyers and investment property buyers. She makes the process easy as possible and goes above and beyond.

I have always heard horror stories about finding the right person to help you make one of the biggest decision of your life. I am a former Marine, single mom on a tight budget. Teena was there for any question that I had. She answered my emails and returned my calls in record time and even on weekends and bless her heart for dealing with me on Thanksgiving!! She went from one side of the local area to the other to find me a home that was within my budget, great area, great location and just my style. I will always thank her for helping me find my dream home!

From day one, Missy was on the ball. We picked her after we bought another home she had sold and we’re just so impressed with her tenacity. We decided she had to be the one to sell our home as well. Missy is not afraid to jump in and get her hands dirty.
