My professional background in hospitality sales, account executive with an advertising agency plus over 16 years of being a full-time Realtor are assets that most Realtors cannot provide. I treat everyone the way I expect to be treated. I offer 5-Star Client Service to all Buyers and Sellers even though each person and transaction are different. After getting to know my client's real estate goals and parameters, I personally develop a list of properties to fit their needs while sharing with them my knowledge of the local real estate market plus the advantage of being an Islander for over 28 years. I have a passion for real estate and helping my clients. I want buyers to find the perfect piece of paradise by discovering the distinct and unique lifestyle that Hilton Head Island, Bluffton and The Low Country offer so you can start making the memories that last a life time. I am proud to call Hilton Head Island HOME and you will be too. I am selective with the listings that I take on. I develop a specific marketing campaign and do not generalize listings, as I believe they are all unique. I also analyze the property and address it through a buyer's eyes. I use my extensive database and Premium Properties of Hilton Head's for emails, social media and print marketing. Also I use the Internet extensively to search for individual buyers that match the demographics and income levels for my listings. I am continuously investigating different avenues which are out of the normal routine to sell a property in the least amount of time for the most money. In addition to my experience and investigating, I also dig into the market to determine the correct listing price and explore the answers to more questions than “What is the listing price for my home?”. I see properties every day that have been on the market for months and another comparable property is listed and sells right away. You have to ask yourself “Why did they not purchase my property?” It takes a seasoned Realtor to answer those questions honestly and it’s not just black and white of the sold comparable properties and average numbers. Our opinion of Tammy

We have worked with many different realtors during our married life with our various moves. Tammy Moody is the best of all. We have bought a villa and a home with Tammy. Plus we sold the villa with Tammy. We both feel her advice has been very helpful to us in all three transactions. Some adjectives I believe describe Tammy are: trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable, frank, and a problem solver.
