Kristy has been working with us forever on finding the "perfect home" for our needs. She was patient and very helpful in guiding us - for years. Then, we found the perfect house and within a 6-week period, we bought it, sold our house (in less than 9 hours!) and moved. What a whirlwind! Kristy was there with us every step of the way. From the buying to the selling of our house, she kept everything on track flawlessly. Whether you're a first time home buyer or seasoned home seller, we HIGHLY recommend Kristy for your buying and/or selling needs. She knows all the ins and outs!

Let me start by saying that if John Foster is not your real estate agent then you are missing out. My husband and I started looking for a house two years ago in Cumming, GA. We were very picky in what kind of home we wanted. John stuck with us and showed us countless homes in pretty much every city in greater Atlanta. He made us feel like family while at the same time teaching us about what to look for in a home. Things that we, as first time buyers did not know or even thought about. We found a great home in Bethlehem, GA thanks to John Foster. I cannot recommend him enough. John is honestly one of the most knowledgeable and amazing realtors in Georgia! If you are looking for a realtor John Forster is your man!

Lauren did a fantastic job, she answered my first call immediately then came out to meet us and look over the property the next day. The house was on the market for 3 days and we had a contract! She went out of her way and well above expatiation to get the deal closed. I would highly recommend her and would hire her again in a New York minute. Thank you again Lauren!!

Jeff was awesome! He kept in contact with me every day to let me know all developments and reviews from people that viewed the house. I couldn't have asked for a more personal and professional realtor!
