Lorraine was pivotal in the successful marketing and sale of our home on Cape Cod, and our subsequent purchase of a new one. Our home was for sale during one of the worst winters on record for Cape Cod and yet Lorraine was always there, trudging through snow that was higher than she was every time she had an opportunity to show the place, where I know from past experience other realtors would have made an appointment "in better weather". Lorraine didn't desert us after the contracts were signed either -- she would give us reminders of when to shut off our utilities and she arranged many of them herself on our behalf. After we sold our home, we began the hunt for another and Lorraine was just such a valuable person to have on our side.
