My Time Is Yours Making Your Real Estate and Dreams Come True! Kelli joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices NE Prime Properties in August 2017 to expand her real estate career and opportunities. In 2020, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices joined with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate to expand our offerings even further. Since partnering with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Kelli has become both Destination, Departure and Inventory Relocation Certified enabling her to work with Buyers and Sellers relocating across the country for both business and personal reasons. In 2020 and 2019, Kelli was awarded Honor Society. For 2018, she won the Relocation Rookie of the Year award for her work with relocation clients. Kelli began her career as a Realtor in 2001 with Century 21 Ed Pariseau Realtors. While working with Century 21 Ed Pariseau Realtors she was recognized with many awards including the prestigious Quality Service Award in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004, the Master’s Ruby Award in 2002, 2003 and 2004. Kelli has also been recognized with several top sales and top listing awards during her time with Century 21 Ed Pariseau Realtors including Top Listings Agent – November 2014, Top Sales Agent – First Quarter 2012, Top Sales Agent – Second Quarter 2010 and several times between 2001 and 2005. Kelli also held her Broker’s license in North Carolina from 2005 to 2009 where she received several top sales and listing awards while partnering with Allen Tate Realtors and Helen Adams Realty including top in sales and listings and the top 10% in the agency for combined sales and listing volume for November 2006 with Allen Tate Realtors. From February 2016 until joining BHHS, Kelli worked as a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty where she expanded her real estate career and knowledge. Kelli currently holds her real estate license in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and continues to make Real Estate and Dreams come true. Great realtor!

We moved as part of a relocation package and we had another realtor that we were set up with. Due to a last minute, unforeseen circumstance we were switched over to Kelli. She only had a couple of days to play catch up as we were traveling in that weekend to house hunt. Kelli went above and beyond what we expected. She was very personable, factored in what my husband and I wanted/needed in a house, and made last minute appointments happen. She also provided us a wealth of information with regards to houses in MA, as we were not familiar with things such as well water, septic, pool maintenance, etc. She helped us through the whole process and kept us updated. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

Kelli is awesome!

Kelli did an amazing job helping us find a house and teaching us about the home buying experience. She traveled far on several occasions to show us houses and advised us well. Nothing but the best from Kelli. Highly recommended her services!
