When it came time to sell my family's home of fifty years, and my wife's and my second home for the last twenty years, Martha Knapp was our first and only choice to be our realtor. To give up a home--especially on the Cape--is no easy proposition, yet it was evident to my wife and me that we needed to make this decision. Because we were selling our property from out-of-state, we were more reliant on Martha's assistance than otherwise would probably have been the case. Her recommendations for companies and individuals to do the necessary upgrades, inspections, and certifications were reliable and successful, as was her suggestion for legal services and other related matters. We could not have accomplished the sale of our property in as efficient, effective, and comfortable a fashion without her expertise, assistance, and understanding. Other sellers (and buyers) on the Cape should be so fortunate as we have been.

Dan is a thoughtful, efficient agent. He really listened to me and answered all my (ridciulous) questions. I am quite picky and he was very patient. He also gave me info about the Raveis app which was very helpful in addition to my using other sites in my search for my house. Dan knows the Cape, he's raising his kids here. He's super down to earth. He walked me through the closing process. It was a very good experience. I'd heard stories of unethical, slick real estate agents. I'm very happy I met Dan. He handled my sale and my home purchase. Highly recommend.
