I was Thrilled with How Pasquale handled the sale of my childhood home. He not only had tons of insight on what the market would be for the area but, had a wealth of knowledge about the specifics of our property that set it apart from others in the area. we had dozens of offers within hours of being listed!! In the end he over produced on our expectations of what we would get for our property.

We used Adam as our buyer’s agent and seller’s agent at the recommendation of our lender Tammy Saul. We went to an open house on a whim just to see what was out there, chatted with a few lenders, and then in passing told Tammy “we would put an offer on this house today if we could”. She said “really? Well we can” and managed to conference in Adam immediately (on a Saturday!) and within 2 hours we had an offer submitted. By that Monday we were under contract. Then when we decided to sell our Baltimore city rowhome we were worried we’d have an uphill battle because we were entering the off season, the inventory in the neighborhood had been sitting for 30+ days on average, and there were price drops left and right. Well Adam’s marketing and pricing strategy worked some magic because we went live on a Thursday and by Tuesday we were under contract. We closed in 3 weeks, as is, at 11k over asking. Adam works hard, leverages his team and network, understands market dynamics, and doesn’t bullshit you. He knows that time is the unspoken currency of real estate and he doesn’t waste any. Real estate is not Adam’s side gig or a hobby, it’s his career! And he’s at the top of it for a reason!!!

From my first inquiry about a home, to Closing Day and after, Pam was kind, responsive, and eager to help. We had some setbacks because of not-so-great homes, but she was always ready and willing to help when I wanted to start looking again. I don't think I had a traditional home buying timeline (I'd get excited about a house, take a few weeks off from looking, and start up again with a quick turnaround), but Pam didn't mind at all. Whenever I found a listing that I was interested in, she would contact the seller immediately and get me set up on a tour. She negotiated on my behalf, and made my end of the process really smooth. I didn't know much about lenders or inspections, but Pam was always able to connect me with trustworthy resources. She made me feel confident and equipped to by my first home. I appreciate her so much!
