I don’t write reviews but I had to. Stacey was amazing from the day I met her. She showed me numerous houses all hours of the days, nights and weekends honing in on exactly what I was looking for. Each tour came with a schedule and colored printout of the specs of each home. She has an expert eye and pointed out things in each home that may or may not be a problem or inconvenience. She looked up water heaters, HVACS, and dishwasher’s serial numbers and got back to me in a hour to inform me of their age, recalls, and if they were good brands. She considered driveways and roads for snow, rain, and my soon-to-be teen drivers. She expertly reviewed inspections and made recommendations for seller adjustments that were spot-on and all agreed to! She worked hard to correct errors made by the other real estate agent listing washer and dryer coming with the house and then not checking it on the contract so they were gone on final walk through. It’s obvious she has great rapport with other agents across multiple agencies. Peer respect says something in itself! Closing was stressful with lots of bumps and she called, emailed and texted to keep me calm and assured. She was a good friend not just an agent! She went well above and beyond anything I would have expected or have experienced with any other agent in buying and selling homes in the past. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. Stacy came prepared to impress from the moment she met us. She brought info on selling and buying a house, took pictures and walked us through each and every step. She outdid the other agents we interviewed, BY FAR!!! She was available every minute of the day and offered sound advice for all questions and concerns. What I appreciated the most about Sherry and the team was how quickly they responded to my questions. It was not uncommon to get an email or text response within minutes. Sometimes, Sherry would call me while she was walking her dog in the morning or performing other chores to verify, I understood the legal documents before signing them and/or guided me through the loan and settlement process with ease. Stacy studied the market was spot on. She answered all my questions. When I needed help with something she was right there with dependable pros. There will always be some bumps along the way, ours were all on the other side. Stacy kept on them until they were smoothed out. She genuinely cared about us. Just one example. The info needed to close was late coming and the title company wanted to postpone the closing from Thursday to Monday. Friday was a holiday. She was able to keep it on Thursday for us. She knew that we were moved out and would have to spend money on four nights in a hotel. If you need a Realtor you will not do any better than Stacy Hardy

Stacy was a fantastic choice for my first house purchase. She was fast on all communication, made herself very available, explained everything clearly, and really helped to step me through the process.
