We followed the “best practice” advice of interviewing with three agents before making a decision. We picked Ashira because she knew the market, the area and listened to what we wanted. One of the other agents suggested a price more than 25K less than the asking price Ashira recommended. Ashira was responsive when we had any questions. And her assistant Amanda was an excellent and knowledgeable back-up. When we were negotiating with our buyer, Ashira made some smart recommendations that allowed our buyer to afford the house and provide us the highest sales price. We made a great choice when we decided to work with Ashira. She was extremely competent, appropriately aggressive and a pleasure to work with.
