Jon and Theresa were great from day one. They were both knowledgeable in the market, resale and construction of properties we viewed. They offered opionions when asked and were not pushy, which is something I appreciate a lot. They made sure we were on top of things we needed to do as it had been a while since we purchased a property. Communication was always quick and thorough. From beginning to closing Theresa was on top of it. Professional and was sympathetic to our needs. I needed yard work done and she sent some one reliable and reasonable. The Gatewoods were able to accomplish the almost impossible in a soft market. Our condo sold the day after it listed. Their photographer took some of the most complimentary pictures of our unit I've ever seen and the consistency of help and answering questions was there from start to finish.
