Good communication. Worked very hard to smooth the bumps of purchasing my home. Went as far as doing things seller's should have done, just so it wouldn't effect me.

Ashley has always been a rock for me when buying and selling homes. I think we’ve done both three times now and WOW!! When you tell Ashley what you need and want, she LISTENS!!! She seems to make magic happen when coordinating, everywhere from tours to signing day! She has an electric smile and personality to match! You CAN NOT go wrong when choosing Ashley Founds as your agent. Her attention to detail and determination to make your dream a reality will not disappoint. The term “crossing the creek” comes to mind due to her willingness to go above and beyond the bare minimum effort. Such a GEM. I truly consider her my friend, and most of all family. That’s how she makes you feel!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!❤️
