2 years ago she negotiated the putchase so when we were ready to sell she listed it and was sold in less than 30 days. Best communication skills, always available for information or concerns. Friendly, caring, very knowledgeable about market. Highly recommend.

He helped us cover the entire State of Arkansas to find our home.

He was very well versed on the business of finding what we wanted in a home. Then getting to the houses easily without getting lost.He also got the seller to do some things to the property which we had concerns with. These issues were addressed quickly for us by the seller. He was polite and professional with all of the people we had to contact. ( And, we had ALOT of homes we wanted to see.)

Phil was top notch in all aspects of the home buying process!

My wife and I were first time home buyers and had no clue how things worked. Phil was very patient with us and answered all of our questions (which were many) in a timely manner and at any time of day or night. He also set up many showings for us and even spent one whole day on a weekend showing houses and land options. It was a pleasure working with Phil and will definitely have him sell our current house soon. I would highly recommend Phil if you’re looking to buy or sell a home.

The best real estate agent

Ashley communicated thoroughly and efficiently throughout the process of getting into our new home. She helped us better understand what we were looking at and what to expect in the following days going through this process. Without her we truly would’ve been lost and had so many questions, but luckily we didn’t have to go through that.
