I wanted to be able to give 5 stars, I know I have a bit of patience issues, but communication was less than impressive, a lot of mistakes were made. Would ask questions and would wait hours if not days to hear a response, regardless of what it was about. Last minute closing cost IE mobile notary when it was extremely clear from the beginning that I would not be present for closing. Things aligned by the grace of god but far to many communication inconsistencies and lack of understanding in what our intentions were as sellers. We met Anna at a home that we found listed on Realtor.com. She was very good at explaining everything and did a good job showing the property. She assisted us with preparation and presentation of our offer. Anna was not available for the final walk-through because she had Covid. One of her assistants met us at the property and we verified that all promised repairs were completed. The closing also went smoothly. I can recommend anyone to be represented by Anna.
