This is the third time my husband and I have used Katie for transactions in Holiday Island. She is and has been very professional and certainly knows her business. This time, selling our home was very different and somewhat stressful and complicated because my husband was in the hospital very ill. Katie went above and beyond in every aspect. Her compassion for me and what I was dealing with was so welcomed, I feel like I have a life long friend. She made it a point to always ask about not only my husband and his well being, but mine also. She helped in so many areas of this whole process that really are not in the realm of an agents job and did so without even asking, just did it. I truly can't thank her enough for making this sell as easy, stress free and pleasant as she did.
