From my first conversation with Lance about selling my property, he was very professional and was very honest about the current status of the market and the challenges we might face in selling this property. He explained his fees very clearly, and every time there was a question about documentation or something that the potential buyer wanted, he responded to my text or phone call very promptly and was able to explain everything in terms that I understood. Because of his realistic assessment of the property, he listed the property for an amount that was very attractive to potential buyers, and we were actually under contract within three days of listing the house!
