I had mentioned in passing that I loved the electric fireplace in the house we bought, but the sellers were taking it with them. Without me even asking, Allie wrote it in to our contract that the sellers would leave the fireplace to us! If that’s not proof of Allie’s dedication to her clients, I don’t know what is.
