She was in a difficult position in handling the sale of my property/house due to divorce, and she handled it wonderfully. I cannot covey how grateful I am to Laura in everything she did. BJ was able to get the house sold but I feel like he was doing more for the buyer rather than me. He was lobbying for a new roof for the buyer when he was told the roof was less than 2 years old. Also, he waited until I ask for more time to get my stuff out to inform me that it was a mail off and wouldn’t fund at closing. He also ask that the buyer be allowed to move in and keep our homeowners insurance before we received the money.
