BJ was able to get the house sold but I feel like he was doing more for the buyer rather than me. He was lobbying for a new roof for the buyer when he was told the roof was less than 2 years old. Also, he waited until I ask for more time to get my stuff out to inform me that it was a mail off and wouldn’t fund at closing. He also ask that the buyer be allowed to move in and keep our homeowners insurance before we received the money.

This is my 3rd buying/selling experience with Derek and I have to say he’s always professional and knows the market well! Everything was done in a timely manner and we closed ahead of schedule! He’s the best!!!!
