He helped us cover the entire State of Arkansas to find our home.

He was very well versed on the business of finding what we wanted in a home. Then getting to the houses easily without getting lost.He also got the seller to do some things to the property which we had concerns with. These issues were addressed quickly for us by the seller. He was polite and professional with all of the people we had to contact. ( And, we had ALOT of homes we wanted to see.)

Very knowledgeable of the areas we looked in. Went above and beyond by sending me updates with pictures of the progress. Very prepared. Professional yet makes you feel comfortable during the whole process. Answers your call no matter what time of day it is.

Closed the deal but with issues.

BJ was able to get the house sold but I feel like he was doing more for the buyer rather than me. He was lobbying for a new roof for the buyer when he was told the roof was less than 2 years old. Also, he waited until I ask for more time to get my stuff out to inform me that it was a mail off and wouldn’t fund at closing. He also ask that the buyer be allowed to move in and keep our homeowners insurance before we received the money.
