He was very well versed on the business of finding what we wanted in a home. Then getting to the houses easily without getting lost.He also got the seller to do some things to the property which we had concerns with. These issues were addressed quickly for us by the seller. He was polite and professional with all of the people we had to contact. ( And, we had ALOT of homes we wanted to see.)

My wife and I were first time home buyers and had no clue how things worked. Phil was very patient with us and answered all of our questions (which were many) in a timely manner and at any time of day or night. He also set up many showings for us and even spent one whole day on a weekend showing houses and land options.
