Jared did a good job working with me as I sold my house. We had a highly unique selling situation, and Jared handled everything professionally. I got what I wanted to get for the house, and everything went smoothly. There were a couple small paperwork mistakes along the way because Jared is new, but he had help from the organization that he works with, and everything got corrected very quickly. On closing day, there were no big problems. There were a couple small surprises, such as the price & requirement of title insurance, and the max amount of seller credits, but again, these were not show-stoppers, so I feel that everything went smoothly. I would happily work with Jared again.

Geo not only listened to what my family and I were needing but remembered even the smallest details which gave real meaningful thought behind my whole experience. She went above and beyond all expectations and was quick with responses when I needed help, understanding or had questions. She is truly an angel and I was truly blessed to have her.
