As a first time homebuyer, Jen was a integral resource and partner for me. From the initial tour and offer, to getting inspections scheduled and coordinated, to helping answer and clarify questions throughout, Jen was there every step of the way. She was a clear communicator and responded promptly and professionally with every question I reached out with. She also worked closely with the seller and was transparent and honest about realistic offers, credit, etc. Overall, Jen was a great partner through this process and I would highly recommend her for folks in the Tucson and Southern Arizona community!

Commitment to selling house

Kristine was great! Although my house was in an area near the University and so the selling window was just the spring (not summer because no one buys house in Tucson in the summer and fall is too far away from the start of the school year) she persisted and continued checking up on the house, even though I moved away, and hosting open houses until I got and offer.
