Jennifer Hess, with Omni Homes International, is a remarkable realtor! I couldn’t have had a more competent and knowledgeable buyers agent. She understood what I was looking for and what I could afford and helped me persist in finding that. This was not a large sale yet she gave it her all! I was living in the Phoenix area and with how quickly things go in the Tucson market, driving down to see a house was not really an option. Jennifer went out of her way to get to a new listing I was interested in, as quickly as possible, to FaceTime and show me the place. As I saw what she looked at as far as repairs that might be needed and her attention to detail I became 100% confident that I could make an offer on a house without seeing it in person. And this was what had to be done to get something in this very competitive market. She wrote several offers for me and several months into the process I had an offer accepted.
