The very first day and the last house we visited, we decided that it was the one we were looking for, in a nice neighborhood and at a reasonable price, so we asked him to make an offer. We are sure that Brian made a great effort, went beyond than putting together a list, he put himself in our shoes and gave us good advice, and his hard work was worth it. On top of that, we have to add that Brian is very friendly, helpful and pays close attention to detail. He made a normally very stressful process very smooth. We definitely recommend Brian, he is a good person and a great professional, he knows his work and he is always willing to take the extra step to give you the confidence that you are making the right decision.
