Bruce has excellent knowledge and feel for the Verdes real estate market. He is also very responsive replying to any inquiries or messages within hours. Moreover, he is good at assessing what you want and works tirelessly to help you fulfill them. He is also excellent in post-sales service helping you find any contractors or vendors that you may need to better your properties.

We spent the month of March in Rio Verde renting a townhome. We fell in love with the community, golf course and beautiful views. At the end of the month, went to an open house that Bruce was hosting. Not only did he answer every phone call but was there graciously answering every question. Needless to say we bought the home and he made the process very smooth and easy!! So happy to have him as our resource and new friend!! We highly recommend his expertise and experience in this area.

My wife and I consider him a good friend and hopefully our paths will cross again and we can share some wine.
