We live in the desert and wanted a home in the mountains to escape to in the summer and move to when we retire. We researched houses through Trulia and saw Les' ad. We emailed a couple of questions and requests. Les got back to us right away. We gave him a list of houses we saw on the internet and would like to see in person. He helped by adding homes of similar size, price and locations. We set up a day and Les took us house hunting. In this process we found Les to be very patient, never pushy, and readily answered all our questions. His suggestions and insight were invaluable. We found a home on our second "tour". Through phone calls and emails, Les took care of it all. We love our new home! Les is honest, polite, smart and friendly. Led us through the negotiations, and always kept us informed.
