Heather was recommended to us by close friends, and my wife and I could not be more grateful for that connection. From our very first meeting, it was clear we were working with someone truly special. Heather’s attention to detail and the thoughtful tips she provided throughout every step of the homebuying process set her apart from any realtor we’ve worked with before. She didn’t just help us find a house; Heather supported us in finding our dream home. She went above and beyond, ensuring we understood every phase and never hesitated to answer even our smallest questions. The little touches—like sharing practical homeownership tips and keeping us informed of what to expect—made all the difference. Heather smoothly coordinated all of our inspections, taking scheduling out of our hands and removing so much stress from the process. Her negotiation skills were outstanding, and we felt genuinely protected and advocated for from start to finish. What we appreciated most was her trustworthiness; Heather genuinely cares about her clients’ long-term happiness rather than just making a sale. We continue to stay in touch and will absolutely refer her to any friends or family searching for a new home. Heather is a true professional, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Ms. Pat Hood is wonderful and has exceptional decades of Real Estate knowledge in the Metro Phoenix Area. She is very professional and was fun to work with when we sold our townhome. She became a friend to us and we would highly recommend her skills to anyone that is new to town or simply wants to find another home to live in. Kudos to Pat for all that she did to help us sell our townhome in a very short period of time. Hats off to Pat!

After learning that the realtor and lifetime friend we had trusted for years had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. We had the good fortune to be referred to Ms. Claudie Secco. As executors of our father‘s estate in North Scottsdale, we were charged with selling the family home. Little did we know what a roller coaster ride we would soon embark upon for the next three months. When we contacted Claudie, she was immediately responsive, friendly, and professional. She met with us on time at our father‘s home to assess the property and provide us with some comps that she had done research on prior to meeting with us. She also took the time to show us some of the comps that that were available for in person viewing. She went over her process of working with her clients and her fees; she was most gracious and professional. We agreed to contract with her and never looked back! She arranged for excellent photography and published a great listing. Within 24 hours of listing the home we had an offer! Little did we know the house was on a list for investors. Buyer #1 reneged on their contract and forfeited their earnest money. We moved on to buyer -#2. As we had a planned an out of state surgery and she had planned an out of country vacation after the 1st “closing” - we were beset with unusual obstacles with buyer 2. Despite a 9 hour time difference she was undeterred. We learned that both buyer #1 and buyer #2 were trying to conduct double escrows and flip the house immediately after closing. Buyer -#2 also defaulted. Moving onto to buyer #3 … finally successful! Despite 9 hour time differences all went smoothly and professionally without delay. Claudie is smart: she has great sales instincts, ethics and communication skills. Her French accent is a unique asset which adds to the incredible class and elegance she exudes in every dealing.. We were blessed to have her as our realtor. You will be too if you choose to work with the amazing Claudie Secco!!
