Renessa has gained a life long client - We bought a second home and rented our first one with Renessa. We had a very challenging closing and she was there to hand hold us the entire way. When I almost had mental breakdowns she was so calm and confident it kept me going when I felt like quitting. She helped us lock in the most amazing renter and helped us get started as first time landlords. She also helped us with our mortgage lending and came in at a very competitive rate compared to my other bids. She also came with something that the other lenders didn’t provide (again) mentoring and educating us and HOURS of hand holding to make sure every number from each of our loans fit so we would qualify. She also coached us on exactly what we needed to do to improve our monthly payments. None of the other lenders did that for us and kind of gave us the “let us know when you figure it out” vibes.
