We chose Theresa because she isn't your typical real estate agent. Sure, she is professional and knowledgeable, but she is also personable and friendly. She knows the market and provides lots of data, but she also explains it in an understandable way. She was in constant contact with us during the process and went way out of her way to help us get from offer to closing...and then some. We started thinking about selling last year and Theresa stayed with us for the entire time. We talked to a couple other agents but they quickly lost interest when we didn't put the house up right away. But not Theresa. She kept us updated on the market and was always available to take our calls. She stayed with us for 16 months. I told her last year that she was our agent and she not only believed me but was an encouraging force during the entire time. She was never pushy. She never lost interest in us. She was always there to help us. I don't just consider her my real estate agent. I now consider her my friend. That's the way she rocks. If you want someone on your side...on your team...then Theresa is who you want. She is simply the best.

Theresa listed my home and sold it. She made the process very easy and quick. My home was sold basically before it even hit the market. Her knowledge of what was required to get the deal done was excellent.

Theresa is extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She always responds quickly and works hard. Theresa gives you an extra edge in buying a home even in a fast paced market!
