We chose Theresa because she isn't your typical real estate agent. Sure, she is professional and knowledgeable, but she is also personable and friendly. She knows the market and provides lots of data, but she also explains it in an understandable way. She was in constant contact with us during the process and went way out of her way to help us get from offer to closing...and then some. We started thinking about selling last year and Theresa stayed with us for the entire time. We talked to a couple other agents but they quickly lost interest when we didn't put the house up right away. But not Theresa. She kept us updated on the market and was always available to take our calls. She stayed with us for 16 months.
